London’s first and only Bombay café, quirky beach shack on the banks of river Thames, selling authentic Indian cuisine. 

 

Inspired by 1930s Bombay, Dishoom Chowpatty Beach takes its cue from the sister outlet in Covent Garden.  The original interior concept is then transformed to embody the character and atmosphere of the vibrant summer beach in India. Following the core spirit of the design - Jugaad, which means “make do”, “re-use” in Hindi, mostly recycled and reclaimed materials were used to create the interior.

 

The final result is the interior filled with crafted elements that bring character and create exciting, welcoming atmosphere.
